While UPS CEO Carol Tomé has publicly characterized the crash as a "tragic accident" and claimed the company "does the right thing," the legal filings tell a different story. Despite UPS positioning itself as Louisville's corporate neighbor with claims that "Kentucky is so important to us," the company's actions contradict its public statements."Corporate spin isn’t accountability," Peterson added.
