Ralph Thomas Named Gov Con Lawyer of the Year by DC Bar

The District of Columbia Bar has named Ralph C. Thomas III Lawyer of the Year in Government Contracts. The award recognizes members who stand out in their respective practice areas by exhibiting excellence in the profession, as well as dedication to the mission of the D.C. Bar and D.C. Bar Communities.
 
In addition to being a member of the D.C. Bar’s Government Contracts Community, Mr. Thomas is Chair of the Federal Bar Association’s Government Contracts Section. He has significant experience in all sectors of the Government Contracts arena, including, but not limited to, contract terminations, bid protests, size protests, small business and other socioeconomic programs, as well as claims and disputes resolution. He has also served as an advisor on government contracts issues on merger and acquisition teams. He is, in addition, an author, a U.K. Solicitor, a former government senior executive, and a past Adjunct Professor of Law. He will receive the award at the D.C. Bar’s Celebration of Leadership Banquet in late June.
