Record Verdict in Kentucky

On Friday, October 17, a Marion County, Kentucky, jury returned an $8.4 million verdict for Whiteford clients in a complex medical malpractice case. It is one of the largest medical malpractice recoveries in Central Kentucky history. Whiteford's Lexington Managing Partner and Chair of our Kentucky Litigation Practice, Masten Childers, led the trial team with Justin Peterson of Peterson Law Office and other Whiteford attorneys, Adam Havens and Sarah Cooley.
