Whiteford Welcomes New Director of Human Resources

Ms. Hairston will serve as the firm’s Human Resource Director and as an advisor on human resource strategy. She is responsible for managing all aspects of the firm’s human resource functions including employee engagement, training, talent development, compensation and benefits, employee relations and compliance.
Ms. Hairston has prior experience both as an employment attorney and Human Resource leader at large global organizations where she has honed her skills and strategic approach to driving success through effective HR management.
