“We are absolutely thrilled to welcome Rob to Whiteford,” said Masten Childers, Managing Partner of the firm’s Lexington Office. “He not only adds considerable additional firepower to an already exceptional catastrophic injury practice, but has a well-earned reputation as a go-to lawyer for commercial litigation and equine law. He is a significant addition for Whiteford here in Kentucky and nationally.”
Mr. Maclin appears regularly in state and federal courts on behalf of his clients and has a long record of bringing cases to favorable verdicts and judgments. His experience spans insurance litigation and defense, commercial and banking litigation, construction law, agricultural law and trust and estate litigation. He is, in addition, experienced in equine law as an advisor on both equine litigation and transactions. A member of the Thoroughbred Owners & Breeders Association and the United States Polo Association, he has served as outside counsel for the Kentucky Horse Racing Commission.
