Ms. Buchanan counsels employers on all aspects of labor and employment law.

While in law school, she served on the University of Richmond Law Review as an Articles & Comments Editor. Her experience also includes serving as a student extern to the Honorable Roger L. Gregory on the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit.
