Mr. Wood is an associate in the Tort & Insurance Litigation Section. Prior to joining Whiteford, he handled civil litigation matters and represented clients in contract, property and personal injury disputes. He also has experience representing debtors and creditors in complex Chapter 11 proceedings, drafting and presenting motions and memoranda of law and assisting in hearing preparations. He clerked for the Hon. Robert H. Robinson, Jr. on the Superior Court of Delaware.
