Ms. Duò focuses her practice on various aspects of corporate law with an emphasis on commercial and corporate cross-border transactions, including mergers, acquisitions and joint ventures. She also provides general legal support on an ongoing basis to Italian and international companies seeking to enter or expand their presence in the US and to US clients investing in Italy and worldwide.
 
Before joining Whiteford, Ms. Duò practiced at AmLaw 200 firms and as in-house counsel to a leading European bank and to one of the largest accounting firms worldwide. She is fluent in Italian and French.
