Mr. Long is a trial lawyer whose practice focuses on complex commercial litigation, business disputes, and catastrophic personal injury and medical malpractice litigation.
He represents businesses and individuals through all phases of litigation in state and federal courts. His experience spans a broad range of commercial disputes, including contract, real property, business torts, fiduciary duty, and other high-stakes civil litigation. He also has extensive experience representing plaintiffs in catastrophic personal injury and medical malpractice matters throughout the Commonwealth, as well as claims brought under the Federal Tort Claims Act against the Department of Veterans Affairs and other federally operated healthcare facilities on behalf of veterans and military service members nationwide.
Throughout his career, Mr. Long has recovered millions of dollars in settlements and verdicts on behalf of his clients and has successfully litigated a broad range of complex civil matters in state and federal courts. His experience representing both plaintiffs and defendants gives him a practical, strategic perspective that benefits clients facing complex litigation.
