Mr. Kinney is an associate in the firm's Business Solutions, Restructuring & Financial Litigation practice. He represents organizations and individuals in litigation arising from bankruptcies and business disputes.

While in law school, he served on the Wake Forest University Journal of Business and Intellectual Property Law.
