Mr. Kanfer has a wealth of legal and leadership experience in the technology and telecommunications sectors. Over a 12-year tenure at a Global Fortune 500 Company, he managed a large legal and compliance team, oversaw a multimillion-dollar budget and played a pivotal role in corporate governance, M&A, regulatory affairs and data security. He also served as COO of its Global Enterprise Solutions Division, where he managed operations, delivery, engineering, product, marketing, HR and sales for one of the world’s largest data center providers. Previously, he was Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary to the Board for a multi-billion-dollar telecommunications company, where he directed legal, compliance, HR and real estate operations. 
 
Mr. Kanfer is an adjunct professor at New York Law School, teaching technology, contracts and corporate law.
