Ms. Toledo is an associate in the firm's Business Solutions, Restructuring & Financial Litigation practice.
She previously worked at the U.S. Department of Justice, where she served as a Trial Attorney with the U.S. Trustee Program in Alexandria, VA. She led various chapter 7 and chapter 11 litigation efforts in the U.S. Bankruptcy Courts for the Eastern District of Virginia (Alexandria and Richmond divisions) and the District of Columbia, including negotiating and litigating for the return of fees to debtors, seeking the dismissal of chapter 7 cases and objecting to debtors’ discharges. She also assisted with the oversight of chapter 7 trustees and supervised the administration of chapter 11 and subchapter V bankruptcy cases.
