Ms. Rukstalis is an Associate in the firm’s Community Associations practice.  She represents condominium unit owner associations, homeowner associations, and housing cooperative entities.

She previously served as a judicial intern in the Office of the Chief Staff Attorney on the Supreme Court of Virginia. While in law school, Ms. Rukstalis was a Note Editor on the Washington and Lee University Journal of Civil Rights and Social Justice (JCRSJ), a member of Omicron Delta Kappa (the National Leadership Honor Society), and the Law Class of 2023 Representative on the Executive Committee of Washington and Lee University.
