Margaret H.C. Tippett is an associate whose practice focuses on complex civil litigation. She specializes in tort law, motor vehicle collisions, premises liability claims, insurance disputes, and landlord-tenant litigation. Ms. Tippett regularly appears in state and federal courts throughout Maryland and the District of Columbia and is involved in all phases of litigation, from pre-suit investigation and discovery through trial and appeal.

Ms. Tippett also maintains an active appellate practice. She has briefed and argued cases before the Appellate Court of Maryland and draws on her prior experience as a judicial law clerk for the Honorable Kevin F. Arthur, which helps her strategically identify critical legal and factual issues to advance her clients’ cases.

Outside of her practice, Ms. Tippett is actively involved in Maryland's legal community. She serves as Chair-Elect of the Young Lawyers Section of the Maryland State Bar Association and is a member of multiple bar associations and community organizations, through which she remains committed to public service and the broader legal profession.
