Ms. Bird is an associate in the firm's Business Solutions, Restructuring & Financial Litigation practice.

She previously clerked with the Stafford County Circuit Court in Virginia, researching and writing memos for civil and criminal motions. Her experience also includes civil and appellate litigation, representing clients in securities litigation and property dispute matters. While in law school, she served as the Articles Editor on the George Mason University Civil Rights Law Journal.
