BIOGRAPHY
Ms. Byrd is an associate in the firm's Business Solutions, Restructuring & Financial Litigation practice.
She previously clerked with the Stafford County Circuit Court in Virginia, researching and writing memos for civil and criminal motions. Her experience also includes civil and appellate litigation, representing clients in securities litigation and property dispute matters. While in law school, she was an Articles Editor on the George Mason University Civil Rights Law Journal, a member of the Moot Court Board, a member of the Jessup International Moot Court Team, and President of the Mason Law Disability Initiative.
