Mr. McEvoy's practice focuses on government relations, affordable housing, economic development and real estate, including local land use in the counties around Baltimore. “We are thrilled to welcome Owen to Whiteford,” said Todd Brooks, Managing Partner of Whiteford’s Baltimore office. “His experience at the highest levels of state government give him a rare perspective on how policy and business intersect. Owen will be an immediate resource for our clients navigating complex regulatory and legislative environments."
Long active in the Baltimore-area community, Mr. McEvoy volunteers as a board member of The YWCA of Annapolis & Anne Arundel County, Healthcare for the Homeless-Real Estate and ARC of the Northern Chesapeake Foundation. He is a former board member of the Chesapeake Arts Center.
