With over 13 years of experience in state and local government, Mr. McEvoy focuses his practice on government relations, affordable housing, real estate and economic development.. He has held several senior roles in Maryland state government, including Deputy Secretary and Acting Secretary of the Maryland Department of Housing and Community Development — including under current Maryland Governor Wes Moore — and Director of Public Information. Earlier in his career, he held senior communications and public information roles with the Office of the Anne Arundel County Executive in Maryland and the Office of the Governor of Pennsylvania. He has extensive experience advising on complex public policy matters and has worked on initiatives involving housing, business financing, infrastructure, development and public works matters.
