Whiteford has extensive experience in the field of public finance as bond counsel, handling matters of all sizes and levels of complexity. As bond counsel, we frequently represent municipalities, districts, public benefit corporations and other issuers in connection with tax-exempt and taxable bond issues. We regularly serve as bank and borrower counsel on complex financing transactions, including syndications, participations and commercial mortgage-backed securitizations.
